Calendar — migrated / source per mailbox; each person's Outlook calendar now lives in their Google Calendar (auto-generated holiday calendars excluded by design; info/transcripts/valeria → secondary calendars on sandy's account). Contacts & OneDrive verified empty.

The gap = dedup
One email living in several Outlook folders is copied once and gets each folder as a Gmail label — so copied is correctly below source. Nothing is lost.
Example: an email in both Inbox and Districts/Plano counts as 2 in source but 1 copied, with both labels kept in Gmail. · Valeria's uncopied batch is different — it hit Gmail's daily import quota and is queued to re-copy. Microsoft keeps every original, so none are lost.

What's being migrated
Folders become labels. Every Outlook/Exchange folder is recreated as a Gmail label (e.g. Districts/Plano → label Districts/Plano).
Per-folder parity check. Expand any mailbox to verify each folder. N ✓ = copied + matched. N / total = still copying. ⚠ = once finished, fewer in Gmail (almost always that email also sits in another folder, copied once by dedup) — not lost. Counts refresh ~every 90s.
Full 1:1 parity — every folder migrated. Nothing is skipped: Deleted Items, Junk, Drafts, Sync Issues, Conversation History, RSS Feeds, Recoverable Items, Outbox all come across.
Routing. Sandy, Presley, Niky, Jennifer, Shonda → each person's own Gmail. info@, transcripts@, Valeria → Sandy's Migrated/… labels.
Non-destructive. Microsoft is kept fully intact, inboxes untouched, migrated mail archived under labels. Nothing deleted; MX not switched yet.
